This week

Good evening Students and Parents we started this week off with an engaging activity exploring physical properties with "Growing Spheres". Chemist have named these spheres hydrophilic gel. A hydrophilic substance likes to absorb water easily kind of like a sponge you use to wash dishes. During today's lab investigation we saw these tiny gels absorb water and swell to a size several times bigger then when it is dry. Our observations were examples of physical properties.
